Shipping is free.

How long will delivery take?
Orders before 2 o’clock in the afternoon are shipped the same day. Deliveries in the Netherlands are usually the next business day. International shipping takes 5-10 business days.

Returns

What’s your return policy?
If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return eligible MINOIS items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

What’s the return process?
Return parcels must be sent to a specific address in The Netherlands. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.
